Business - Early growth - Costs

Early-stage companies often need the best legal advice at a time when they have other financial priorities.  Flexibility and transparency are key to the way we charge developing businesses.

Work is undertaken cost-efficiently and effectively by a lawyer best suited to your business.  Your lawyer will ensure that billing structures work for both of us. That may mean charging using hourly rates, a fixed-fee basis, the use of blended hourly rates, and in some circumstances deferred and/or conditional fee arrangements. With some clients we operate on a retainer basis based on an estimated number of hours per month.

We also know that clients, especially early-stages companies, don't like hidden surprises, and discussing charging upfront maintains the transparency you will need.  Regular updates on the costs being incurred will also be given.
