People thinking about setting up a new business have been offered a range of advice by one expert.
Published by Tim Hill.
There are a variety of factors that entrepreneurs will need to take into account before they go ahead with a new start-up business, an expert believes.
According to the SmallBusiness.co.uk writer Kathleen Hall, people will need to give some thought to how they are going to deal financially with the "pre-profit period".
Meanwhile, market research is something which Ms Hall feels the owners of new businesses will also have to focus on.
"Make sure you have conducted thorough market research and identified the unique selling point of your product or service," she stated.
The expert additionally warned people that a number of firms are having trouble accessing finance from banks in the current financial climate.
Nevertheless, she did say that tough economic circumstances have historically led to the creation of successful companies.
PayPoint research recently revealed that as many as 50 per cent of the country's office workers have had thoughts about setting up a firm of their own.
