Janet heads the not for profit group and is recognised as a leading charity and commercial lawyer. She joined Taylor Vinters in March 2007 after a successful career at the commercial Bar followed by almost 10 years as legal counsel for WRVS, a major national voluntary organisation.
Janet now advises charitable and other not for profit organisations on a range of matters including establishing the appropriate charitable vehicle, legal structure/ restructuring, corporate governance, duties and obligations of trustees/directors, regulatory matters involving the Charities Commission and fundraising issues.
Her approach is pragmatic and focused upon delivering what the client needs.
