Introduction

Environmental law, Minerals and Mining

Taylor Vinters' Environmental Law service brings together a multi-departmental team dealing with all aspects of environmental law - contentious and non-contentious.  The team has benefited significantly from the launch of our Compliance and Risk Management Group, which continues to handle a number of contentious environmental law issues.

The costs of cleaning up contaminated land can be significant, and legislation firmly points the finger at landowners if the original polluter cannot be traced. Our specialists can advise on all environmental aspects of land sales, acquisitions or lettings – a service which is increasingly in demand.

Making the best use of mineral deposits can transform a rural business or farm. Taylor Vinters' specialists have extensive experience in mining and mineral matters and act for landowners and mineral and landfill operators.
