- Advising members of a LLP regarding the attempted expulsion of one of its members and the profit share owed to other members of the LLP, including negotiating the dissolution of the LLP and division of the business.
- Acting for a defendant company in a multijurisdictional dispute with elements in Ireland, the UK and Romania by an alleged shareholder for the transfer of shares to it and for damages in excess of €2 million.
- Advising former shareholders on a breach of warranty claim brought under an SPA by a major US pharmaceutical company.
