A strategy focused on working with innovative and entrepreneurially-minded people and organisations to make great things happen, is fuelling growth at Taylor Vinters. Within the last eight weeks, we’ve welcomed seven new recruits to our tribe across four practice areas.

The Growth and Investment team, who help emerging technology businesses and have advised on more than 100 fundraisings over the past year, welcomes Andy Fahrenheim and Alicia Payne.

Andy comes from a firm focussed on IP and commercial technology contracts and has worked on a wide range of sectors including sport, space and satellites, telecoms and life sciences.

Alicia has recently completed her training with a US law firm and focuses on supporting clients on matters such as private fundraisings, corporate governance, and commercial agreements, in a range of sectors including the technology and life sciences industries.

David advises clients on goods and services agreements, IP assignments and licences, and advertising and social media.

Jessica Pinto and James Murray are the new faces in our international Employment team, both joining as associates. A multilinguist, Jessica has advised on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional projects, including workforce restructuring.

James joins from a large city law firm and brings extensive experience to the firm in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
