IT Managed Services provider and Taylor Vinters client Riverlite has reached a landmark on its business journey, with its acquisition by Northern Ireland-based Xperience.
Riverlite, based in Cambridgeshire, provides mission critical IT services to companies of all sizes across a range of industry sectors. The company, founded in 2008, was acquired in an undisclosed deal by Xperience as part of their ambitious geographic and strategic acquisition programme. Xperience supports more than 1,150 clients with digital transformation solutions across Cloud and IT Services, Cyber Security, CRM and ERP.
Advising Riverlite on the deal were Taylor Vinters Senior Associate Lizzie Wilson as lead lawyer and Partner Sian Scanlon, who said: “We’re so pleased to have been able to support Paul and the Riverlite team in this next stage of their journey.”
