Taylor Vinters has advised ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions and long-standing client of the firm, on its recent acquisitions of FusionPlus Data Limited and EvolutionX Holdings Limited in connection with ECI’s wider acquisition of the ES Tech Group.
