A Health Check for your Charity
PEM, Taylor Vinters and FRP Advisory are jointly presenting a talk on how to assess and improve the organisational health of your charity or not for profit organisation. We will offer practical guidance on how to achieve best practice, in line with the Charity Commission’s new regulatory expectations.
The talk will address:
- How do you assess the organisational health of your charity?
- What are the key financial, operational, legal and governance issues that you need to consider?
- How do you set an appropriate reserve policy balancing the need to ensure resiliency but not unduly hampering your impact?
- What should you do if something goes wrong? How to mitigate risks and when to make a serious incident report to the Charity Commission.
This event will be of interest to Chairs of Trustees, Chief Executives, Finance Directors, Finance Committee members and funders.
