International law firm Taylor Vinters is pleased to announce five promotions across the firm, proving its commitment to supporting and nurturing talent. Kim Wedral-Rooke has been made Partner whilst Beth Price, Emma Millar, Geoff Dragon and Nessa Barry have been promoted to Senior Associate.

Kim Wedral-Rooke began her legal career with Taylor Vinters and has seen rapid career progression since qualifying. In her new role as Partner in the Employment Team, Kim’s expertise in helping ambitious and innovative companies, at all evolutionary stages, to manage their people issues – wherever in the world they may be – will be crucial in driving forward the next stage of the Team’s ambitious strategy.
Beth Price, who also trained with the firm, is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team, with particular expertise in contentious trust and probate disputes. In her role as Senior Associate, Beth will continue to advise on and resolve the difficult legal aspects of disputes, without losing sight of the commercial pressures and personal interests at stake.
Nessa C. Barry joined the firm in 2017 and is a valued member of the Real Estate Team. Her promotion to Senior Associate will enable Nessa to continue growing the well established practice in prime and central London. Nessa will play an integral part in helping to develop the Real Estate Team in an increasingly competitive market place.
Emma Millar, who began as a trainee with Taylor Vinters, will continue to focus on her work with charities, advising on all aspects of governance and regulatory issues, fundraising and contract management. In addition, Emma will also be leading on Taylor Vinters’ engagement and services for social ventures; an area she is particularly passionate about, having worked with a number of innovative social start-ups.
Geoff Dragon, a key member of the Growth and Investment Team, progresses to Senior Associate, having also started his career as a trainee at Taylor Vinters. Geoff has a passion for all things tech and works with early-stage, fast-growth technology companies, assisting with their fundraising, commercial contracts, and employee incentive needs, with a particular specialism in EMI share option schemes.
