The development and progression of our people is integral to our success at Taylor Vinters, so we work hard to support talented individuals, allowing them to shape, drive and own their careers. As part of this aim, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve made three mid-year promotions, appointed five newly-qualified solicitors and welcomed five trainees to our tribe.

Kirsten Pettit in our Private Wealth team and James Boyle in our Commercial and Technology team have been promoted to Senior Associates, and Laura Rose has qualified as a lawyer via the CILEx fellowship route.

Kirsten joined Taylor Vinters as a trainee in 2012. Since qualifying as a lawyer in the private wealth team, she has forged a reputation for technical excellence and high standards of client care, and also leads private wealth surgeries for our professional services’ partners.

In the 15 months that James has been working for Taylor Vinters, he has shown strong technical skills and now leads the firm’s data protection practice having grown and developed this specialist service area.

Achieving her CILEx certificate enables Laura to practice as a Legal Executive and she has subsequently been promoted to an Associate in our Commercial and Technology team specialising in brand protection.

Managing partner, Ed Turner said: “We’re passionate about creating an environment where people can be their best and that’s reflected in these well-deserved promotions.

“To do great work for our clients, we look for more than just technical excellence,” added Chrissie Easom, HR Director for Taylor Vinters. “We want passionate people who are ambitious and want to be the best. Our newly qualified solicitors and trainees have all demonstrated these qualities and bought into the principles that glue the Taylor Vinters tribe together ensuring they can make a tangible difference to our client’s businesses as well as our own.”
