International law firm, Taylor Vinters, has advised UK start-up Pusher Ltd on a revolving credit facility from US investor SaaS Capital worth $2.5 million in growth funding.

Taylor Vinters advised Pusher by involving US counsel to assist with all aspects of the documentation that were governed by New York law, whilst the Taylor Vinters team advised on all UK aspects.
