Taylor Vinters has been recognised once again in Campaign for Learning’s annual Learning at Work Week awards. Following success in 2017, Taylor Vinters was announced as joint winner of the SME category Impact Award – Networked for Learning.
Learning at Work Week highlights the importance and benefits of learning and development at work, with the awards open to all types and sizes of organisation. Taylor Vinters’ activities this year were based on the theme of Networked for Learning, and involved collaborating with other businesses and intermediaries, plus internal networking.
Flexible interactive sessions allowed colleagues with varied working patterns to participate via video conferencing, webinars and at various times in the firm’s Cambridge and London offices. Daily espresso email shots showcased work won by Taylor Vinters through networking, and to promote networking more widely, most Taylor Vinters sessions were opened to the wider business community.
Jan Holmes, Learning and Development Manager, Taylor Vinters said, “The week has led to positive impacts on several levels, both internally to expand knowledge of other business areas, and externally to promote closer working with clients. We have also expanded our connections with L&D professionals across Cambridge, which will support our HR and L&D capability going forward.”
