I specialise in providing responsive legal support for clients on HR issues. This includes advising on grievance and disciplinary matters and drafting or reviewing a range of employment documentation, including:
- Contracts of employment and consultancy agreements
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Employment handbooks and workplace policies
- Settlement agreements
I am also experienced in assisting employers with employment tribunal claims, providing guidance on litigation strategy and commercial options for the settlement of employment disputes.
I grew up in Hertfordshire before completing my degree in Law at Durham University. After graduating in 2011, I completed my Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. I qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joined Taylor Vinters in 2016.
I am a keen football and cricket fan and I enjoy playing both when I find a spare moment. In my free time, I am also working towards my (lifetime) ambition of being able to scratch as many countries as possible off my scratch map!
