I am a commercially focused Commercial Real Estate lawyer who appreciates the importance of understanding your business and commercial goals, so I can provide a bespoke service that meets your requirements and deadlines.
I am part of a progressive, full service Commercial Real Estate team that acts on behalf of pioneering clients ranging from entrepreneurs to national charities, based in Cambridge, London or internationally. We are not a traditional property team and pride ourselves on delivering our services in a different way that adds value to your business.
I joined Taylor Vinters in 2011 straight from University as a filing clerk. Taylor Vinters encourages and supports growth and development, and after getting to know the firm through a variety of support roles, I was given a training contract in 2012. I commenced my training contract in 2014, qualifying into the Real Estate team in June 2016 and promoted to Senior Associate in 2022.
My specialty is acting on a diverse range of property transactions from lettings, financing, restructuring, investing and developing property, for:
- Occupiers, both individuals and companies
- Landlords
- Charities
- Technology and life science organisations
- Innovative and entrepreneurial clients who are looking to do something different with their buildings/land
- Owner managed businesses
I will deliver a highly technical service with commercial common sense, in the style and at the pace of delivery you require.
On a personal note, I am the lead singer for the Taylor Vinters in-house rock band. We perform at events such as Law Rocks, raising money for charity.
