I act for businesses operating in the software, telecommunications, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, advising on the acquisition, disposal, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property assets.
I’m a second career lawyer, having previously worked as a research scientist at academic institutions in London, Paris and Amsterdam. I qualified as a barrister in 1997 and completed my training at 11 South Square. I joined Taylor Vinters in 1998.
I am interested in commercial applications for new technologies generally, with a particular interest in the following fields:
- Therapeutic antibodies
- Novel small molecule therapies in sepsis, cancer and respiratory indications
- Software, both proprietary and FOSS, in OSS/BSS, SDN, NFV and bioinformatics
