He provides pragmatic, business-focused advice and solutions to clients' problems, often acting as an extension of clients' businesses as part of Mishcon GC.
Elliot has a keen interest in interactive entertainment and esports, and assists clients in navigating the often challenging and evolving related legal landscape
Key Experience
- Advising a mobile app publisher on various upstream and downstream agreements, including with a US tech giant, relating to the development of a multi-million-pound app;
- Providing regular advice on a range of commercial contracts for a leading UK vehicle charging business, through the Mishcon GC service;
- Assisting with the development of a key suite of commercial contracts for an internationally renowned UK technology company; and
- Advising a social enterprise in the formation of their commercial contracts for their global service offering, working in conjunction with a leader in children's toys.
