I specialise in advising entrepreneurs and high-growth companies, and those that invest in them.
From day to day commercial and corporate advice to managing and advising on the investment rounds that provide innovators and entrepreneurs with the springboard to accelerate their growth, I provide pragmatic and commercial advice in a way that is relevant to the business I am advising and their way of working.
I trained and qualified at a West End firm where I stayed for almost 10 years before moving to Taylor Vinters in 2018 to build our presence in the London market.
As well as being involved in a number of high profile M&A transactions and investments, I also advise clients on their day to day commercial and corporate requirements. With a deep understanding of the ever-evolving London market and a growing network within this ecosystem, I am well positioned to offer the legal and business advice required by my clients, as well as make introductions to other advisors and investors when needed.
I am passionate about working with entrepreneurs and their investors and strongly believe in building long-term relationships through which I am seen as an extension of their internal teams and expertise. Whilst I have a wealth of experience advising across various sectors, I predominantly advise technology businesses, as well as FMCG companies and a growing number of clients within the life sciences sector. I feel incredibly proud to work alongside clients in London and across the UK who are making great things happen.
Outside of client-facing work I am a qualified mental health first aider and take on various other people-focused roles within Taylor Vinters.
One thing you may not know about me is that I am married to an entrepreneur, so I really do understand the highs and lows of running your own business. Most of my time outside of the office is spent with my young son visiting various local farms and parks or, when I get the opportunity, spending time with friends in any of London’s ever-growing number of restaurants.
