I am a litigator of some experience and have seen the ebbs and flows of the business world’s interests in disputes.
Throughout this, I have held onto the central ideal of resolving a dispute as quickly and effectively as possible. My view is that litigation, and in particular a trial, is best avoided, but sometimes, it is a necessary evil.
I joined Taylor Vinters at the start of the 1990s, having learned my trade in Leeds and London.
