An international employment lawyer, committed to understanding my clients’ objectives and challenges in order to provide commercial, practical legal advice to solve tricky employment issues, both in the UK and around the world.
I am currently on secondment at our office in Singapore, providing in-time-zone support for our clients who are based in the Asia Pacific (“APAC”) region. I help multinational clients to navigate through the legal, practical and cultural issues that impact on HR operations across APAC.
As well as advising on a wide range of HR issues that arise, I provide proactive solutions to protect my clients’ business and help to mitigate their risk. I have particular experience with managing international HR projects under the ONE Model, providing high-quality and consistent advice to clients on issues that affect their business across a number of jurisdictions, including cross-border restructuring and contract/policy implementation.
When it comes to contentious matters, I help to assess the risks involved (whether financial, reputational, personal or organisational) and either help to resolve the dispute or prepare the best possible case for litigation.
I joined Taylor Vinters in 2015 as a paralegal in the commercial real estate team and went on to complete my training contract with the firm from 2016 – 2018. I have a passion for employment law and after spending 12 months with the employment team in both the London and Cambridge offices, I qualified into the team as an Associate in September 2018.
I gained my law degree at the University of East Anglia and spent a year studying abroad in Houston at South Texas College of Law.
I advise innovative businesses and entrepreneurs on a full spectrum of HR issues. In particular, I focus on:
- Providing strategic HR advice in the UK and internationally
- Managing global HR projects
- Cross-border restructuring
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Advising on restrictive covenants and business protection
- Drafting settlement agreements, employment contracts and policies

One thing you probably didn’t know is that I did my first skydive over Hvar in Croatia and am hoping to go to New Zealand for my next jump!
