Lizzie is a Managing Associate in the Corporate department. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate related work, of both a transactional and advisory nature.
Lizzie has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (acting on both the buy side and the sell side), fundraising, private equity, restructuring and other general corporate advisory work. She has undertaken transactions for clients operating in a wide variety of sectors but has a specific focus on clients in the life sciences and technology sector. Lizzie also is very experienced working on transactions with an international element, frequently working with overseas counsel and advisers.
