As head of Taylor Vinters’ Brand Protection practice, I help clients maximise the value of their business through effective intellectual property protection and management.
I support clients through all stages of the IP lifecycle, from intellectual property creation and protection through to commercialisation, exploitation and enforcement. This can involve helping you protect your intellectual property through effective clearance and registration, negotiating licences to exploit your IP and finding and taking action against infringers, as well as supporting you on commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
I act for all types of companies from start-ups to multi-nationals, primarily in the technology, leisure and consumer goods sectors, and have particular experience in advising innovators and entrepreneurs in relation to trade mark clearance and registration projects. I am ranked as a leading individual for trade mark prosecution and strategy in the WTR 1000 guide to the World’s Leading Trademark Professionals.
My aim is to simplify complex issues and deliver pragmatic and commercially focused advice for my clients.
