I am an Associate in Taylor Vinters Via’s Dispute Resolution team, where my work encompasses commercial and civil litigation.
I joined Taylor Vinters at its Singapore office in 2019, after completing my practice training and being admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore. During my time as a Trainee Solicitor, I was already representing clients at the High Court and State Courts after being part-called to the Singapore Bar.
I act for both corporate entities and individuals, and have been involved in complex litigation in relation to:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholders’ disputes
- Construction disputes
- Breaches of fiduciary duties
- Commercial fraud
- Contested divorce
Having been exposed to a broad spectrum of disputes, I am able to advise on all stages of the resolution process (from pre-action to enforcement) and develop strategic solutions for clients across different industries. Where possible, I also contemplate potential problem points and litigation risks in order to prevent disputes from even crystallizing.
Apart from contentious work, I have assisted in cases involving criminal offences under the Penal Code (Chapter 224) and the Misuse of Drugs Act (Chapter 185). Additionally, I am familiar with non-contentious applications taken up in the Family Justice Courts.
Back in college, I was Captain of the rugby team comprising players from 11 different countries and was also Faculty Officer for the School of Business, Law & Art.
