Rachel is a Senior Associate in the Family Team. Her work covers all aspects of family law, including complex financial disputes, private law children cases and she has a particular interest in cohabitation matters, (be that preparing cohabitation agreements or advising clients on separation).
She is singled out for her financial acumen, and attention to detail. Leading counsel and the directories have commented that Rachel’s “talents belie her years of qualification. She is thorough, diligent and focused.” Clients say she is “strategic, experienced, knowledgeable and very compassionate”.
Rachel’s clients include entrepreneurs, business owners, City professionals, high net worth individuals and their spouses/ partners. Her cases often involve trust arrangements, complex corporate structures, and an international dimension.
Rachel joined the firm’s Family Team in 2017, having completed her training contract with Taylor Vinters. She read law at Clare College, Cambridge, graduating with a First in 2014.
Professional bodies and associations
Rachel is an active member of Resolution, the national family law association committed to taking a constructive and non-confrontational approach to family law matters. She sits on both the regional Cambridge committee as co-training officer, and also on the national Training and Learning Committee.
