I have particular expertise in helping multinational organisations to resolve their international HR issues via the firm’s innovative international counsel model, but also advise a variety of UK based clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
I work across various sectors including technology, pharmaceutical, and engineering. I advise a full spectrum of employer clients, from early-stage fast-growth companies up to large multinationals. I have particular expertise in advising on:

- complex Employment Tribunal litigation

I joined Taylor Vinters in 2011 and after completing my training contract at the firm, I qualified into the Employment Team in 2013. Since then, I have been based mainly at our London office and have also spent some time on secondment in Singapore. In January 2023 Taylor Vinters merged with Mishcon de Reya LLP.
In my spare time, I love to travel and have ticked off 25 different countries so far.
