With the emergence of the new Covid-19 variant, many employers will be revisiting their approach to Covid-19 and, in particular, looking at ways to bolster their risk assessment procedures.

If work cannot be undertaken remotely and there is still a need for a physical presence at the work venue, a key question is whether Covid-19 testing (mandatory or otherwise) should be introduced.
