Ready for Brexit
As you may know, once UK exits the EU, UK-based law firms are likely to lose their right to represent clients before the EU trade mark registry – the EUIPO. Our Brand Protection team has made arrangements to provide the full range of EU trade mark services (including clearance searches, EU trade mark registrations, strategy and portfolio management), with minimal impact on delivery and cost.
This will only be required if we leave the EU without a deal or at the end of any transition period, and we will keep you informed of developments. If you’re concerned about how Brexit will affect your IP protection and trade marks, please get in touch.
