Callum is an Associate in the Emerging Companies Team. He advises high growth early stage and/or scaling technology companies on a wide range of investment, equity incentives and commercial work.
Callum endeavours to build deep and lasting relationships with his clients and to provide them with creative, practical and commercially minded legal solutions. Callum advises a wide range of emerging technology, life sciences and digital health businesses across a broad range of sectors.
Key Experience
- Advising multiple international technology companies, on raising investment of up to £20 million, across a range of Seed rounds to Series C rounds.
- Acting for an international luxury makeup and skincare company on creating and implementing an equity incentive award plan.
- Advising a trailblazing mental health support start-up on share offers to employees and implementing an EMI share option scheme.
- Advising an E-sports and racing team on a convertible loan instrument, convertible into shares or tokens.
